One morning you didn’t just wake up fat, did you? No. So don’t expect just to wake up one morning and be skinny. Did you gain that weight all at once? No. It was a gradual process. So don’t expect to drop 20lbs in a day. Did you see yourself get bigger after just one pizza? No. So don’t expect to be slim and toned from eating healthier and exercising for a day or two. This will take time and effort, and yes it will be hard at times, but nobody said it would be easy, they said it would be worth it.
